Job summary

Auriga Holdings Limited's neighbourhood bar in Central is hiring a charismatic bartender who loves people as much as pouring drinks. You don’t need 10 years—1–2 years in bars, restaurants, or hotels is ideal; fresh graduates with the right attitude will also be considered.

Qualifications

Fluent English required; Cantonese a plus.
Ability to connect with customers and create memorable experiences.
Positive, outgoing personality with a friendly attitude.
Solid cocktail knowledge and free-pouring skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve classic and house cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
Engage with guests, recommend drinks, upsell specials, and create memorable experiences.
Build regular customers and grow our Soho community.
Maintain a spotless bar area and hygiene standards.
Assist with stock taking, restocking, and inventory basics.
Work closely with the Bar Manager and the team to keep service smooth and fun.
