We are looking for a skilled Senior Bartender / Bartender to join our team. You will prepare and serve beverages to a consistently high standard, create a warm and professional guest experience, and keep the bar clean, stocked, and compliant with hygiene and liquor-service requirements. The Senior Bartender level includes shift leadership, coaching junior team members, inventory control, and supporting menu and service standards. Appointment level will depend on experience.
Greet guests professionally; take orders; recommend drinks; and upsell featured cocktails, whisky, and premium spirits.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to house recipes and quality standards, including cocktails, whisky and spirits.
Check identification and serve alcohol responsibly in line with Hong Kong law and company policy (legal drinking age: 18).
Process cash, credit, and other payments accurately; manage tabs; balance the cash bank; and complete end-of-shift reports.
Set up the bar for service (garnishes, juices, ice, glassware, tools). Complete closing duties and secure liquor, stock, and cash.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar, glassware, tools, and service area.
Restock product and supplies; rotate stock; flag replenishment needs; and minimise waste.
Work with barbacks, servers, and kitchen teams so service stays smooth during peak periods.
Follow hygiene, food-safety, occupational-safety, and company SOP requirements. Report accidents, shortages, or guest incidents promptly.
Lead the bar during assigned shifts and keep quality, speed, and service standards consistent (Senior Bartender); train, coach, and support junior bartenders and bar staff on recipes, service style, POS, and responsible service (Senior Bartender); manage par levels, requisitions, stocktakes, and storage; control cost, breakage, and wastage (Senior Bartender).
Bartender - at least 1 year in a hotel, restaurant, club, or high-volume bar.
Senior Bartender - at least 2-3 years, with proven shift-leadership ability.
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, whisky and spirits.
Accurate pouring and presentation under pressure.
Fluent spoken Cantonese and English.
Mandarin and Japanese is a strong advantage.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality.
Nights, weekends, public holidays, and extended shifts as required.
Preferred: Hotel or luxury F&B experience; bartending / mixology certificate; VTC / IVE or equivalent hospitality training; POS experience.
