Bamboo Lifestyle & Dining Limited seeks an experienced Head Bartender to join the opening team of a new cocktail concept in Central, Hong Kong. You will lead service behind the bar, mentor the team, and help shape the venue's culture and reputation from day one.

Candidates should bring strong cocktail knowledge and natural leadership, with fluency in English preferred and eligibility to work in Hong Kong. Competitive salary, tips, and benefits accompany this exciting launch.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Bartender or Senior Bartender.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and passion for the industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead bar shifts and set the tone for service every day.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and build relationships with regulars.
• Ensure consistency and quality across drinks and service standards.
• Coach, train and develop bartenders and barbacks.
• Support menu launches, events and activations.
• Assist with stock management, ordering and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional bar environment.
• Collaborate with General Bar Manager to cultivate bar culture.

We're looking for an experienced Head Bartender to join the opening team of an exciting new cocktail concept in Central.

This is an opportunity to help shape a bar from day one. Working closely with the General Bar Manager, you'll lead service behind the bar, support the development of the team, and play a key role in building the culture, energy, and reputation of the venue from the very beginning.

We're looking for someone who loves hospitality, takes pride in their craft, enjoys mentoring others, and knows how to create a great atmosphere for guests and team members alike.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Head Bartender, Senior Bartender or similar role
• Strong cocktail knowledge and passion for the industry
• Natural leadership skills and a positive attitudeComfortable in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English preferred; additional languages are a plus
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong
