Job summary

G Works Hong Kong Limited is opening a brand-new restaurant in Sheung Wan. We are seeking a Bartender who will mix and serve drinks with precision, create a welcoming atmosphere, and help maintain high standards for a smooth service.

You will contribute to seasonal menu ideas, support stock management, and ensure clean stations. The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and delivering memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and drink preparation preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
