Job summary

OCBC Bank invites you to join a dynamic team in Hong Kong and take ownership of ATM and Personal eBanking service applications, DDA setup, and related maintenance. You will ensure SLA adherence and collaborate with the Hub Team to resolve issues promptly.

You will also handle OCBC Velocity maintenance, secure file transfers via Tectia, and perform sample QC checks on cheque book deliveries, maintaining accuracy and high service standards.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher diploma in business studies or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant banking/finance experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
• Good analytical, leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform ATM Card Services application and maintenance
• Perform Personal eBanking Services application and maintenance
• Perform Direct Debit Authorization setup and maintenance
• Work with Hub Team to resolve issues and meet SLA
• Perform OCBC Velocity application and maintenance
• Download cheque book printing files daily via Tectia and encrypt for printing
• Conduct sample QC check on delivered cheque books before dispatch
