Perform ATM Card Services application and maintenance Perform Personal eBanking Services application and maintenance Perform Direct Debit Authorization (DDA) and standing instruction setup and maintenance Work closely with Hub Team to resolve issues and ensure SLA is met Perform OCBC Velocity application and maintenance Download the cheque book printing files daily from secured file transfer software Tectia and encrypt for sending the files to vendor for printing Conduct sample QC check on the delivered cheque books before dispatching to branches and DMS.
University Degree Holder / High Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent at least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in banking / finance field Proficiency in MS Office Good communication skills, organizational skills and problem-solving skills Strong self-motivation and personal integrity, with good analytical and leadership skills. Good sense of responsibility.
