BANK ASSISTANT - SYSTEMS/IT SUPPORT

Job Requirements:

• · Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering or strictly related technical fields.
• · Minimum experience of 5 years in related field. Previous experience in similar position will be given due weightage.
• · The applicant holding industry recognized certifications like Microsoft Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA, CompTIA A+ / Network+, ITIL will be given due weightage.

Scope of Work:

• Lifecycle support of all IT Assets of STATE BANK OF INDIA HONG KONG including Computer Hardware, OS, Peripherals including printers as per the, Video Conferencing Device Maintenance & Support, all the Network device (Like Switch, Router, Firewall, etc) Maintenance & Support, CCTV Maintenance & Support. It also includes the LAN Network maintenance/support.
• The operational scope includes ensuring maintenance and availability of all endpoint environments, localized core networking setups, operational security solutions, and specialized financial regulatory applications.
• REQ-1.1- Hardware Lifecycle - Support Deploy, install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and reinstall endpoints including desktops, printers, peripherals, standard laptops, and secure VPN laptops.
• REQ-1.2 OS Configuration Manage, configure, tune, optimize network interfaces, and verify system level settings for all deployed corporate operating systems. Install monthly patches as and when available on all endpoints.
• REQ-2.1 Enterprise Software Support Install, patch, and administer standard office automation suites, messaging applications (e.g. Outlook), and authorized productivity tools.
• REQ-2.2 Endpoint Security Deploy, administer, and maintain client-provided security tools including Antivirus, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Network Access Control (NAC) and other such tools.
• REQ-3.1 Network Topology Support Trace, isolate, and debug desk-side LAN cables, patch panel drops, and local network interface connection errors between switches/routers and end-user hardware.
• REQ-4.1 Data Protection Assistance Provide proactive operational assistance to end-users for configuring and verifying local system backups.
• REQ-5.1 Regulatory Platform Care Deploy, patch, and support mission-critical regulatory software environments (including IVS, PFES, MRCS, DDAE, and STET systems).
• REQ-5.2 Cryptographic Operations Manage deployment of digital security certificates. & other cryptographic certificates and baseline lifecycles for Faster Payment System (FPS), File Transfer System (FTS), other office servers and endpoints.
• REQ-5.3 Business Continuity & DR Provide full engineering field coverage and active support during corporate BCP and Disaster Recovery (DR) testing drills, including switch-over and switch-back workloads.
• REQ-6.1 Operational Governance Execute any ad-hoc tasking, structural hardware changes, or administrative requirements assigned by the Vice President (Systems).
