Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch is seeking an experienced IT professional to provide daily support for US trading and settlement systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure continuous 24/7 operations across the platform.

You will collaborate with operations to gather requirements, perform system analysis, and support upgrades. QA testing and release readiness are key responsibilities for this role.

Formación

• University degree in IT or CS or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in system implementation with at least 3 years in system analysis/design.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale critical systems and incident/change management.
• Familiarity with securities operations and settlement processes.
• Knowledge of IBM WebSphere MQ, AIX/UNIX/Linux, and DB2/OceanBase is preferred.

• Provide daily support for the US trading and settlement systems, including troubleshooting and timely incident resolution.
• Collaborate closely with operations and business units to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and support system upgrades.
• Perform system analysis - develop and maintain application systems according to the standard of the bank
• Conduct QA testing for releases/upgrades and support release readiness
• Provide technical support to ensure smooth 24 hours round-the-clock business operation
• Participate in scheduled non-HK working day support as required.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the supervisor.
• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in system implementation with at least 3 years in system analysis/design related to supporting and maintaining various systems
• Hand-on experience in managing and maintaining large-scale critical systems
• Good project management, analytical, presentation and report writing skills
• Experience on supporting trading and settlement system
• Knowledge of securitiesoperations and settlement processes
• Hands-on experience with system monitoring and incident/change management processes
• Familiarity withAIX/UNIX/Linux platform and IBM product support (WebSphere,MQ & Power HA)
• Database and technical knowledge (e.g., DB2/OceanBase) is required/strongly preferred
