Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a seasoned sales professional to maximise bancassurance opportunities and meet individual and team quotas. The role emphasizes building long-term relationships with bank partners and embedding a customer-first mindset.

You will coach frontline staff, deliver product training, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while driving growth across assigned banks in Hong Kong and Macau.

Qualifications

• University graduate required; 6+ years insurance sales experience preferred.
• Experience coaching/training bank sales staff on insurance products is highly preferred.
• Licensing such as Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1, 3 is advantageous.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve pre-set ANP, case count and KPI targets for designated branches/districts.
• Provide ongoing training to frontline staff on products, sales techniques and processes.
• Support operations and respond to enquiries from frontline staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with BEA area heads, branch managers and staff.
• Monitor sales momentum and provide coaching to uplift productivity.
• Communicate marketing and sales programs to frontline staff and ensure participation.
• Execute regulatory compliance duties and adhere to conduct policies.
• Organize and participate in bank sales events.
