Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance product marketing, product proposition, product development or sales enablement.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and bancassurance distribution.
• Creative mindset with the ability to turn product features into compelling customer value propositions and sales stories.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain bank-specific product materials, sales tools, customer presentations and marketing collateral to support insurance sales through banking channels.
• Identify and develop innovative, bank-themed insurance propositions to enhance customer engagement and support business growth.
• Conduct market and competitor research to generate new proposition ideas and improve existing sales solutions.
• Partner closely with bank partners, marketing and product stakeholders to drive proposition initiatives and product launches.
