Job summary

AIA is seeking a seasoned sales leader in Hong Kong to drive bancassurance with banks, aiming at achieving quotas and building durable relationships with decision makers. The role emphasizes coaching, training frontline staff, and compliant sales execution across assigned banks.

The candidate will develop distribution programmes, monitor performance and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable customer outcomes and sustainable growth for AIA and its communities.

Qualifications

• University degree required or equivalent
• Experience coaching bank staff is highly preferred
• Licensing as Insurance Intermediaries Papers 1 and 3 is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Achieve pre-set targets on ANP, case count, active branches and KPIs for designated branches/districts
• Provide on-going training to BEA frontline staff on product, sales technique and processes
• Support operations and application processing; respond to BEA frontline staff inquiries
• Build and maintain solid relationships with BEA area heads, branch managers and frontline staff
• Monitor sales momentum and provide targeted coaching to uplift productivity
• Communicate marketing and sales programs to BEA frontline staff and drive participation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and conduct, complaints handling, privacy policies and PRC guidelines
• Organize localized bank sales events and attend bank sales activities
