Job summary

AIA in Hong Kong is seeking a sales-minded professional to maximise bank-driven sales and deliver customer-centric outcomes across channels. You will build lasting relationships with banks, drive distribution programmes and help achieve business targets while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will coach BEA frontline staff, support operations, and ensure effective communication of all marketing and sales initiatives to enhance customer journeys and outcomes.

Qualifications

• University graduate with at least 6 years’ insurance sales experience.
• Experience coaching and training bank sales staff on insurance is highly preferred.
• Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1, 3 license is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch and KPIs for designated branches.
• Provide ongoing training to BEA frontline staff on product, sales technique and processes.
• Support on operations and application processing and respond to staff inquiries.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with BEA area heads and frontline staff.
• Monitor sales momentum and provide targeted coaching to uplift productivity.
• Communicate marketing and sales programs to frontline staff and ensure awareness.
