W Hong Kong is hiring a B&F Assistant Manager - Sales & Projects to drive beverage and food revenue across WOOBAR and KITCHEN. The role involves pursuing corporate and individual clients, travel agents, and event organizers, while building strong guest relationships.

The candidate should bring at least 5 years in related roles and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field, with fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Opera & POS experience is a plus.

• Patrol and network with restaurant diners during meal periods to collect feedback and build relationships for return business.

Job Descriptions

Responsible to generate B&F revenue to WOOBAR & KITCHEN where appropriate through various sales activities to pitch for business through multiple channels including corporate, travel agents, event organizers and individual B&F patrons. Develop action plans and deploy actions to achieve sales target under the guidance and supervision of Director of Beverage & Food. Patrol and network with restaurant diners during meal periods (lunch and dinner) and collect feedback and build relationships with customers to ensure return business.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as B&F Sales Executive.

Job Requirements

Experience - 5 years of work experience in related positions

Education - Bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline

Language skills - Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Technical/ functional competencies - Proficiency in Opera & POS system is a plus
