Job summary

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in Wan Chai is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager/Team Leader to join our dynamic Food & Beverage operations. You will be hands-on during busy periods and guide a service-friendly team to uphold the highest standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel at leadership level, superb communication, and strong knowledge of food and beverage operations. This is a full-time role based in Hong Kong with competitive monthly pay.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a 5-star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Establish and strictly control inventories and par stocks for FF&E and operating equipment.
• Be hands-on and present at all times in the operation during busy periods.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
• Control requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
