Job summary

Cutting Edge Recruitment is seeking a Bartender for a Western restaurant in Central, Hong Kong. The ideal candidate provides excellent guest service, assists with reservations and greetings, supports daily operations, greets guests, presents menus and suggests drinks.

Applicants should have a diploma or above in food and beverage or hospitality, 1–5 years of relevant experience, good teamwork and communication, fluent English (other European languages a plus), HKID holder (no sponsorship).

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in food and beverage / hospitality industry
• Minimum 1-5 years relevant experience in western restaurant
• Good team player with great interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our guests
• Assist with reservations, greeting and seating arriving guests
• Assist manager and the team in daily operations
• Greet guests / present menus and make suggestions
• Handle restaurant setup including floor, table and decorations
• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant in a high hygiene standard
• Location : Central
