Qualifications

• 5–8 years of SME/Commercial Banking experience.
• Strong credit risk management and sales capability.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets in SME lending or cross-selling.
• Relevant degree as stated in education.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a high-value SME portfolio with cross-selling across banking products.
• Lead end-to-end loan workflows from prospecting to approval and drawdown.
• Evaluate credit proposals and monitor portfolio credit quality.
• Develop external referral networks with business associations and brokers.
