Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited seeks an energetic Assistant Vice President to lead the SME Sales division within Commercial Banking. The role focuses on growing SME business, mentoring teams, and ensuring strict regulatory adherence.

The successful candidate will drive business development, oversee deposits, manage pipelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver MIS and control reporting. A strong track record in SME banking and fluent Cantonese, English, and Putonghua is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of banking experience with a strong SME/commercial focus.
• Fluent spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
• Securities and Futures Intermediaries Qualifications are advantageous.
• Insurance Intermediaries Qualifications are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Identify and capture new business opportunities from existing and prospective SME customers.
• Proactively solicit deposit clients to drive balance sheet growth.
• Coach and develop RMs and Assistant RMs for performance and career progression.
• Prepare MIS and control reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Legal & Compliance, Internal Audit and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee deposit and investment account openings for corporate and individual clients.
• Refer investment and insurance opportunities to product teams to maximize client value.
• Complete other duties as assigned by senior management.
