You will perform annual credit reviews, assess repayment capacity and risk, originate new SME business through networking and referrals, and coordinate end-to-end credit processes with credit, operations and product teams while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 2 years of frontline Relationship Management experience in SME Banking.
Solid exposure to lending products—trade finance facilities and revolving loans.
Demonstrated expertise in SME financing structures, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
Experience managing portfolios involving HKD 10-50 million facilities.
Proven ability to originate new business and grow client relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage and expand a portfolio of mid-sized SME clients in Commercial Banking.
Acquire new SME clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
Handle end-to-end credit processes including in-depth credit assessment and financial analysis.
Identify cross-sell opportunities across deposits, trade finance, FX, payments, and cash management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and loan processing.
Maintain compliance with bank policies and risk management frameworks.
