Job summary

OCBC in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Compliance Officer to help ensure operations meet regulatory requirements and uphold integrity. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to identify risks and implement effective controls.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Law or Business with 3–5 years in compliance, strong regulatory knowledge, analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• A degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess compliance risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to identify risks and control gaps
• Collaborate with business units to develop and implement effective compliance controls and procedures
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance policies and procedures
• Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure the bank’s operations are compliant
• Develop and maintain compliance reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators
