Job summary

Point72's Facilities Team is seeking an experienced AV/IWMS specialist in Hong Kong to support on-site AV for meeting rooms and events, and to coordinate remote and on-site services across APAC. You will troubleshoot conferencing systems and manage IWMS-related tasks across the region.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently, and willingness to travel within APAC. You will collaborate with global teams to promote standards and deliver consistent user experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience providing AV support in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of Poly video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom) and enterprise AV systems.
• Experience supporting an IWMS or similar workplace technology platform.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a service mindset.
• Clear, professional communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions.
• Willingness to provide on-site support and occasional off-hours, including APAC travel.
• Commitment to high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day on-site AV support for meeting rooms, conference spaces, and events in the Hong Kong headquarters.
• Deliver remote and coordinated on-site AV support across APAC offices (India, Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney).
• Troubleshoot AV issues—video conferencing, audio, displays, room controls, live events.
• Perform routine AV health checks and coordinate repairs/upgrades with vendors.
• Provide first-line IWMS support: room booking, desk management, workplace services, user assistance.
• Support IWMS user onboarding, training, testing, deployments, upgrades, improvement requests in APAC.
• Monitor IWMS performance and data accuracy; ensure configurations match layouts.
• Act as APAC contact for AV and IWMS solutions, based in Hong Kong.
• Promote global standards and consistent user experiences across APAC; gather regional feedback for global teams.
• Represent APAC in global AV/IWMS initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Provide day-to-day on-site AV support for meeting rooms, conference spaces, and events in the Hong Kong headquarters.
• Deliver remote and coordinated on-site AV support across APAC offices, including India, Tokyo, Singapore, and Sydney.
• Troubleshoot AV issues related to video conferencing, audio, displays, room control systems, and live meeting/event support.
• Perform routine AV health checks, preventive maintenance, basic configuration, and coordinate repairs or upgrades with vendors/internal teams.
• Provide first-line IWMS support, including room booking, desk management, workplace services, and day-to-day user assistance.
• Support IWMS user onboarding, training, testing, deployments, upgrades, and enhancement requests across APAC.
• Monitor IWMS system performance and data accuracy, ensuring configurations align with physical workplace layouts.
• Act as the primary APAC point of contact for AV and IWMS solutions, based in Hong Kong.
• Promote global standards, best practices, and consistent user experiences across APAC offices.
• Gather and communicate APAC feedback and requirements to global teams and represent the region in global AV/IWMS initiatives.

What’s Required

• Experience providing AV support in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Poly video conferencing platforms incl. Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc. and enterprise AV systems.
• Experience supporting an IWMS or similar workplace technology platform.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to support senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions.
• Willingness to provide on-site support and occasional off-hours assistance, including limited travel within APAC as required.
