Job summary

ARK Wealth Management-NOAH is seeking a proactive student intern to support senior relationship managers with day-to-day client servicing, prepare meeting materials, portfolio summaries and performance reports, and help with onboarding including KYC documentation and CRM data entry.

You will conduct market research on macro trends, product updates and investment themes to support client communications, coordinate client events, seminars and roadshows, and assist in drafting investment proposals

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master's student, preferably in finance, economics, business or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in private wealth management, asset management or financial services for high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior relationship managers with day-to-day client servicing and meeting materials.

• Participate in internal training to develop knowledge of wealth management products, compliance requirements and client service best practices.

• Support the team in completing new client onboarding, including KYC documentation, account opening coordination and CRM data entry
• Conduct market research and prepare briefings on macro trends, product updates and investment themes to support client communications
• Help coordinate client events, seminars and roadshows, including logistics, invitation management and follow-up
• Under the guidance of senior relationship managers, assist in drafting investment proposals, product comparison tables and RFP response materials
• Maintain and update the client database, service records and meeting minutes in accordance with internal policies and compliance standards
• Collaborate with product, operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth trade execution and client service processes
• Participate in internal training to develop knowledge of wealth management products, compliance requirements and client service best practices

Requirements

• Undergraduate or master's student, preferably in finance, economics, business or related disciplines
• Strong interest in private wealth management, asset management or financial services for high-net-worth clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage professionally with senior colleagues and clients
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus
