Job summary

Blockchain Solutions Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, tracking, and execution of technology projects. You will coordinate across Product, Development, Design, Marketing and Operations to ensure milestones are met and documentation is prepared.

The role emphasizes teamwork, agile practices, and participation in client demonstrations and workshops, with a focus on efficient project delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or related roles.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Asana, PingCode, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience working in technology, software, startup, blockchain, fintech, SaaS, or digital product environments
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of Web3, Blockchain, Digital Assets, Ticketing, Membership Platforms, or Loyalty Systems is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate internal teams including Product, Development, Design, Marketing, and Operations
• Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays
• Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports
• Ensure project tasks are completed according to agreed schedules
• Support communication with clients, partners, vendors
• Maintain clear project records and communication logs
• Assist in preparing user stories, workflows, and project requirements
• Support testing and quality assurance activities before product releases
• Participate in product demonstrations, workshops, and client presentations
