Job summary

Appnovation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee delivery from discovery to handover. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets and risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes.

The role requires strong communication in Cantonese and English, and a proven ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in a technical environment.
• Experience leading large client-facing project teams and budgets.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including Scrum leadership.
• Strong process orientation and adaptability across methodologies.
• Understanding of client business requirements and clear documentation.
• Excellent communication across business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects end-to-end.
• Collaborate with strategists, developers, architects, product managers, designers, and client reps to define project approach.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and scope statements; write status reports.
• Develop statements of work and project charters; maintain project documentation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and delivery members.
• Suggest process improvements for project delivery.
• Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and steering committee materials.
• Assist content migration and QA cycles across SIT/UAT phases.
