Job summary

N' Creative Limited is seeking an entry-level project administrator in Hong Kong. You will respond to customer inquiries in real time, manage materials, coordinate projects, and support procurement and site inspections.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Experience in architecture, interior design, engineering management, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to communicate well with clients and handle multiple tasks under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle complaints and requests.
• Maintain direct communication with clients to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage materials and update supplier lists; verify quotations and delivery records.
• Support procurement processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Track project progress and organize construction milestone data; arrange site inspections.
• Record site conditions and issues with improvement suggestions; report findings to supervisors.
• Draft and proofread quotations, engineering reports, meeting minutes, and progress presentations.
