Role Overview

As an Associate Manager, Vertical Planning & Operations (P4‑5) for our Stay vertical, you will shape the operational framework, strategy, and commercial roadmaps for our accommodation business line. This role can be based in either our Taipei or Hong Kong office. You will drive program management initiatives aimed at scaling performance, expanding supply coverage, and improving profitability, while utilizing data analytics to optimize commercial execution.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in shaping long‑term business models, operational strategies, and performance milestones for the Stay (hotel) vertical across key markets.
• Oversee end‑to‑end program execution designed to scale business performance, maximize inventory supply coverage, and optimize unit economics and profitability.
• Conduct deep‑dive data analysis to track business health, identify structural gaps, and execute data‑backed optimizations for commercial performance.
• Partner closely with Market Business Development teams, Product, Tech, and Marketing to build efficient workflows, launch new product features, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Set up, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to regional leadership, providing strategic recommendations to ensure targets are met.

What You’ll Need

• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, corporate planning, or category management, preferably within an e‑commerce, OTA, or tech‑driven travel environment.
• Advanced analytical skills with a strong command of Excel/Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a significant plus.
• Proven track record of managing cross‑functional projects from ideation to delivery under tight schedules.
• Highly structured thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building scalable operational solutions from the ground up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese depending on the home location.
