Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with substantial relevant experience in higher education
• Strong management experience and ability to work with committees
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Strong sense of responsibility and IT literacy

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative support for RPg admissions, promotions, academic development, quality assurance, policy formulation and programme reviews
• Manage day-to-day operations of research postgraduate programmes and related student records and finances
• Provide secretarial support to committees
• Manage school office administration and services
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s)
