Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of relevant experience in tertiary education.
• Strong management experience and high level of competence in committee work.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese (Putonghua) with strong report writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative support in SG Studies including RPg admissions, promotions, and academic development.
• Manage day-to-day operations of research postgraduate programmes and student records.
• Provide secretarial support to committees.
• Oversee school office administration and general services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
