Job summary

Cohen & Steers seeks a seasoned Associate Director, Desktop Technician to join the IT Infrastructure team in Hong Kong. You will provide high-level desktop support across the HK office, global teams, and remote users, helping maintain stable desktops, servers, and related peripherals.

Key responsibilities include hands-on setup and repair of hardware and software, guidance on IT systems, and collaboration with Systems/Networking teams to support local infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology support in the financial industry.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Intune/JAMF, Citrix, SCCM and PowerShell.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to work in the Hong Kong office Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level email, desk-side and telephone support for 400+ users in HK and globally.
• Set up, repair, and maintain hardware and software including Bloomberg, Citrix, MS Office, and other financial software.
• Provide technical guidance related to servers, storage, networking, and IT systems.
• Investigate and resolve application issues and daily job errors.
• Interact directly with users and coordinate with Systems and Networking teams for local IT infrastructure.
