Job summary

AIA Hong Kong is seeking an Associate Director for CS Business Development in Agency Distribution. The role leads Sales Teams, develops agency strategies, and builds strong relationships with agents to drive targets and customer outcomes.

You will embed a customer-first mindset, resolve issues end-to-end, and collaborate across teams to enhance the customer journey. A strong track record in sales leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of sales experience with at least 6 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Strong product knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to manage a project independently.
• Self-motivated and customer oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales Teams to develop and execute strategies and build relationships with agency to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor and drive performance metrics (e.g., VONB/ANP, OPAT, Excess EV Growth) within budget.
• Provide coaching, training and development to the team; share market updates and best practices.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
