Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support wealth management operations, including inputting transactions, processing settlements and corporate actions for HK and overseas securities. The role requires data maintenance, CCASS terminal operation, and monthly reporting, with exposure to client instructions such as stock deposits, withdrawals and beneficiary changes.

Qualifications

• Experience inputting transactions and processing settlements/corporate actions
• Proficient with CCASS terminal and data maintenance
• Ability to compile monthly statistics and reports
• Handle customer instructions including stock deposit/withdrawal and beneficiary changes
• Fresh graduates will be considered
• HKSI qualification is an advantage
• Certified Banker qualification is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Input and process securities settlements and corporate actions for HK and overseas products

• Prepare monthly reports and statistics for management

Job description

Reporting to the Wealth Management Operations Manager, you will be responsible for inputting transactions, processing the settlement/ corporate actions of HK & overseas securities and other investment products, operating CCASS terminal, data maintenance and compiling statistical & monthly reports. Additionally, you will perform instructions from customers including physical stock deposit, withdrawal and change of beneficiary owner.

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• University graduates or above
• Strong PC application knowledge
• Good communication skills and self-initiated
• Working experience in financial industry is preferred
• HKSI examination passed will be an advantage
• Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
