Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is recruiting for an Officer, Wealth Management Operations (Banking) to join our client, a reputable local bank in Hong Kong, in the Wealth Management Operations team within the Operations Division.

You will process transactions, settlement of securities and other investment products, operate CCASS Terminal, and prepare statistical & monthly reports while handling customer instructions such as stock deposits and changes of beneficiary owner.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary or above
• Strong PC application knowledge
• Self-initiated with good communication skills
• 2 years working experience in financial industry is preferrable
• HKSI examination passed is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process transactions input, settlement of securities and other investment products
• Operate CCASS Terminal
• Prepare statistical & monthly reports
• Handle instructions of customers like stock deposit, withdrawal and change of beneficiary owner
