Job summary

Webull Securities Limited is seeking an experienced settlement professional in Hong Kong to manage daily settlement tasks across HK equities, US securities, FX and related products. The role requires accuracy, strong post-trade processing, and a proactive approach.

You will work with CCASS/DCASS, prepare reports, support UAT testing, and liaise with counterparties to resolve issues. Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred, with 3–5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in settlement/operator roles.
• Familiar with CCASS/DCASS, SFC rules and SFO.
• Knowledge of Fund and Virtual Asset would be a plus.
• Accurate and thorough with good problem-solving.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Willing to learn and progress.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily settlement operations for HK equities, US, FX, overseas equities, options, and virtual assets.
• Ensure post-trade processing and reconciliations are completed accurately.
• Handle pre-matching of settlement instructions and daily booking.
• Liaise with internal/external counterparties to resolve trade issues.
• Collect corporate actions announcements via CCASS, HKEX, registrars, and sub-custodians.
• Check and process entitlements; manage IPO subscriptions and refunds.
• Prepare daily reports and provide admin support to the Supervisor.
• Participate in system modifications and UAT testing.
• Handle ad hoc projects and daily/monthly statement dispatches.
• Knowledge of DCASS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily settlement operation, includes but not limited to Hong Kong equities, US, Foreign Exchange (FX) other Overseas equities and options and Virtual assets.
• Ensure all post trade processing, reconciliations are properly and correctly completed
• Handle pre-matching of settlement instructions, daily booking and settlement process
• Liaise with internal & external counter parties to resolve trade and settlement issues
• Collect corporate actions announcement through CCASS, HKEX, share registrars and sub-custodians
• Check and process all entitlements
• Process subscriptions for IPO, allotment and refund
• Prepare daily reports and administrative support to Supervisor as required
• Participate in system modification and UAT testing
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
• Daily and monthly statement dispatches
• knowledge of DCASS is preferred

Requirements

• At least 3~5 years of relevant working experience
• Be conversant with CCASS / DCASS, SFC rules and SFO, knowledge of Fund, Virtual Asset would be a plus
• Be familiar with the market trend and new product / system development
• Accuracy and thoroughness in work
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good team player, supportive and flexible to take up team tasks
• Good PC knowledge includes but limited to Excel and MS Word
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willing to learn and progress.
