As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences, achieve sales goals, and uphold the TUMI brand standards. You will drive business performance through effective leadership, client engagement, and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Sales & Business Performance

Drive and exceed store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Analyze business results and implement action plans to maximize store performance.

Foster a results-oriented culture focused on sales growth and client satisfaction.

Leadership & People Development

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance individual and team performance.

Support talent development and succession planning within the store.

Client Experience

Deliver a world-class client experience that reflects the TUMI brand.

Build strong client relationships and drive client loyalty through personalized service.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.

Operations & Brand Standards

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and compliance.

Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards.

Partner with cross-functional teams to support store initiatives and events.

YOU NEED TO BE...
