TUMI in Hong Kong is seeking a retail associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service across our luxury business, travel, and performance lines. You will represent the TUMI brand in-store, greet customers, and guide them through product selection with a focus on service excellence.

You will maintain accurate customer records in our CRM, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with a fast-paced team to meet targets.
