• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project management.
• Banking, Insurance or Financial Services background is preferred.
• Exposure to AI, GenAI, LLM, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to own roadmaps and deliver agile, on-time rollouts across business units.
• Shape scalable functional design aligned to ERP and corporate systems.

• Min. of 5 years of solid experience in project management and business analysis
• Demonstrated track record of driving digital change programs
• Expenditure, contractual commitments, budget utilization, and cost performance
• Lead digital projects that enhance MoneyBack's app and customer experience
• Drive O+O growth through innovative digital and marketing initiatives
• Partner across teams to deliver impactful solutions and business results
• 3-5 yrs experience in IT project support, project coordination, or related roles
• Associate degree or above in IT, Business Administration, or related disciplines
