Emperor Entertainment (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a small project team from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget results.
You will translate business and IT needs into technical proposals, manage risks, and drive AI/BI initiatives, including designing automated solutions with Generative AI, and coordinate system revamps with F&A data mappings and testing.
Lead and drive a small project team to plan, execute, and manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints;
Proactively analyze and identify needs from business units or IT, transforming them into actionable technical proposals and recommendations;
Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure project success;
Design and prototype automated solutions utilizing Generative AI / LLM models to extract and analyze key clause terms from contracts for automated reporting;
Support the F&A system revamp by evaluating data structures, mapping interfaces, and conducting thorough system integration and user acceptance testing;
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and other internal/external stakeholders to ensure resources are effectively utilized to meet project requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline;
At least 4–6 years of experience in project management roles;
Experience as a system or technical architect with comprehensive skills ;encompassing analysis, design, governance, practices, and processes; Hands-on experience with Teamface (or relevant systems) is highly preferred;
Experience with Business Intelligence or Artificial Intelligence projects, including roles such as data architect, data modeler, or ETL designer, is highly beneficial;
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
Proficiency in project management software, tools, and methodologies to facilitate planning, execution, and monitoring;
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, prioritize tasks effectively, and solve problems under pressure.
