Job summary

Dah Sing Bank is seeking a Business Analyst to plan, track, and collaborate on project milestones, define user requirements, and manage UAT. You will work closely with Business Units to optimize prioritization, oversee deployments, and drive change adoption across IT and business teams.

The role emphasizes risk management, process excellence, and aligning with the bank’s strategic goals. English and Chinese communication skills are essential in this enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Computer Science, Information technology and/or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of business analyst experience with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing operations or technology in the banking or financial industry.
• Strong understanding of program and project management principles, methodologies and frameworks, especially those designed to be scaled at the enterprise level.
• Process oriented with solid experience in policies and procedures establishment, operational control, quality assurance, compliance monitoring and risk management.
• Strong sense to identify risk and issues, and ability to work to achieve goals while overcoming obstacles.
• Strong orchestration and design-thinking ability.
• Motivation to initiate ideas and to formulate plans.
• Good influencing skills. Ability to identify and connect with stakeholders, and get collective buy-in.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt the style to suit the audience.
• Good team player strinving for team success and win-win results.
