Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project management.
- Banking, Insurance or Financial Services background is preferred.
- Exposure to AI, GenAI, LLM, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to own roadmaps and deliver agile, on-time rollouts across business units.
- Shape scalable functional design aligned to ERP and corporate systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap; deliver agile, on-time rollouts across BUs.
- Shape scalable functional design aligned to ERP & corporate systems.
- Bridge stakeholders and tech; drive integrations, AI, and fast resolution.
- Coordinate projects across App Dev, Infra, and multiple business units.
- Present project updates and insights directly to senior management.
- Support audits, risk assessments, and security standard compliance.
- Work on IT solution implementation/development projects of different scales.
- Understand business needs and requirements, steering development.
- Lead IT projects according to the Bank's established standards.
- Serve as IT Project Manager & Business Analyst.
