Job summary

Food Strip Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the front-of-house team in a modern Western-French dining environment in Hong Kong. You will ensure the restaurant is organized, presentable and ready for guests, while delivering warm, polished service.

The role involves managing daily operations and supporting the management team to uphold high standards. You will lead staff, guide captains and part-timers, and play a key role in hiring, training and maintaining a cohesive team

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years FOH experience in a Western restaurant, including supervisory experience.
• Fluent Cantonese is required for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations and service readiness.
• Lead opening/closing routines and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Support management in building a high-performing service team.
• Handle interviews, inductions, and on-the-job training for staff.
