Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a management role in a high-volume, premium dining setting.
• Excellent spoken English; basic Cantonese & Mandarin an advantage.
• Passion for fine ingredients, wine, and culinary trends.
• Proven ability to motivate a diverse team and foster a positive work environment.
