Leadingnation is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Hong Kong to oversee daily operations in the Restaurant Manager's absence, ensuring adherence to company standards and delivering top‑quality service.

You will supervise and train staff, manage inventory and safety compliance, and drive recruiting and retention of team members. The role emphasizes financial accountability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Secondary school or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred.
• Proven track record of leadership or managerial skills is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Crew Members.
• Motivate, coach and train Crew Members.
• Schedule, order, and develop the team day-to-day.
• Ensure safety, health codes and company safety policies are followed.
• Maintain fast, accurate service and high quality products and service.
