Assistant Relationship Manager (RM Assistant)

- Provide sales and service support to Relationship Manager in serving consolidated banking customers
- Ensure that all service queries are resolved timely
- Perform banking transaction & response to account enquiries
- Handle general enquiries / complaints and resolve issues
- Provide good after-sales support and logistics as assigned
- Deliver superior quality service to customers and refer potential customers to Relationship Manager in the branch
- Assist in meeting overall branch sales and service target

Requirements

- Degree holder
- Possess HKIA & HKSI qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales and customer service experience in banking industry
- Good service orientation and attentive to details
- Proactive with good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
