Chong Hing Bank Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to promote a broad range of consumer banking products and services at the branch. You will identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and deliver high-quality service in a professional manner.

With at least 1 year in retail banking sales and a track record in selling banking products, you will drive branch targets while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is an advantage; or HKDSE with 5 subjects at Level 2 or above, including Chinese/English and Mathematics or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year's experience in Retail Banking sales, specifically in selling insurance products
• Candidates with experience in selling investment products will be given priority considerations
• Pass in IIQE paper 1, 2, 3
• Pass in HKSI papers 1, 7, 8 will be an advantage
• Proven track record in marketing and selling banking products
• Familiar with retail banking products and the operation procedures
• Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
• Possess qualifications of Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF- RWM) will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Personal Banking Manager
