Job summary

AESO Limited in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor Assistant for fit-out projects. The role involves cost estimating, procurement, and budget control to support timely project completion.

You will liaise with clients and subcontractors, prepare interim payments, and assist with final accounts. Immediate availability is preferred for this fast-paced interior design and contracting firm.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fitting out, building or A&A projects.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy in measurements and cost calculations.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents.
• Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotes to ensure cost efficiency.
