Job summary

Key Recruitment Limited is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to Senior Quantity Surveyor for E&M, Building, Civil projects. You'll handle pre and post-contract QS duties and support in claims preparation and payments.

The role requires a Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, at least 3+ years of QS experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Prior experience in Design & Build/E&M/Building/Civil projects is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or other related engineering discipline
• 3+ years' of relevant QS working experience
• Previous experience on Design & Build/E&M/ Building / Civil projects would be an advantage
