Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in project management/business analyst roles, ideally within financial services or insurance.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Basic understanding of digital platforms, transformation initiatives, and system integration
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus

Responsibilities
