Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide agile delivery within the technology function of a leading insurance-focused organization.

You will support planning, coordination, and reliable delivery, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams toward high performance in a dynamic environment.

• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver system and application solutions that support business goals.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to refine requirements, define user stories, and translate business needs into actionable deliverables.
• Facilitate collaboration and consensus-building among business users, technology teams, and project stakeholders.
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile teams remain focused on achieving sprint objectives and continuous improvement.
• Support QA and testing activities by helping define test strategies, managing test execution, and ensuring solutions meet business and quality standards.
• Identify, manage, and remove delivery impediments while guiding teams through sprint execution and issue resolution.
• Track project roadmaps, sprint progress, release plans, and key delivery milestones.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and facilitate Scrum of Scrums where required.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and delivery partners to maximize business value and ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to governance, risk, compliance, and organizational delivery standards.

As a Scrum Master, you will guide Agile delivery within the Technology department for an insurance organisation. You will help teams plan, coordinate and complete work clearly, supporting reliable delivery across the business.

Description

As a Scrum Master, your main responsibilities will include:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience serving and leading Scrum teams in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, values, and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices.
• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Proficiency with Agile delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, X-Ray, and related platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance business priorities, delivery timelines, development effort, and risk.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices while fostering a high-performing and self-organizing team culture.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and facilitation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Agile certifications such as PSM, CSM, or advanced-level Agile credentials are highly preferred.
• Experience within the financial services or insurance industry is advantageous.
