Job summary

Watsons Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to drive distribution centre projects, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled solutions that enhance operational excellence and customer experiences. You will monitor plans, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop dashboards using Power BI to turn data into actionable insights, supporting our O+O business model and continuous improvement.

Experience in project coordination within distribution centres or supply chain.
Ability to analyse business performance and identify improvements.
Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Monitor project plans, timelines, risks, and milestones to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and resolve project issues effectively.
Support the evaluation and implementation of DC automation, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Apply a scientific and data-driven approach to analyse business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights using Power BI and analytical tools.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen supply chain capabilities and support our O+O business model.
