Job summary

Hong Kong Science Park seeks an experienced professional to support the planning and development of capital works. The role involves managing multiple projects within budget and schedule, coordinating with consultants, and providing technical guidance to the project team.

You will liaise with stakeholders to understand spatial needs and contribute to procurement and reporting activities, including memos for Management approval. Knowledge of AI-assisted tools is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architectural Studies, Engineering, Surveying or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant work experience in design and/or project management of various building types.
• Familiarity with statutory requirements and procedures for development projects in Hong Kong.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools for image and document generation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and planning development of Hong Kong Science Park and capital works projects.
• Manage projects to meet budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Prepare tender/construction documents and coordinate with consultants.
• Provide technical support and advice on discipline-related issues.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand spatial needs.
• Handle procurement, reporting, and prepare memos for Management’s approval.
• Utilize AI-based tools to generate images, documents, and presentations for communication and documentation.
