Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in multinational environments with cross-functional collaboration.
• 2–5 years in process improvement, analytics, systems support, automation, or application development.
• Experience designing dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve operational processes through technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Support process improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Document and maintain process flows and procedures.
• Develop and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and workflow solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system enhancements.
• Perform testing, implementation, and user support.
• Manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) activities to protect sensitive business and customer information.
• Maintain process maps and support process improvement initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and operational performance.
• Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Support workload analysis, staffing studies, and performance measurement.
• Conduct operational audits and process reviews to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Track audit findings and support corrective action plans.
• Monitor and verify the effectiveness of process improvements and controls.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation through data analysis.
• Prepare management reports, SOPs, process documentation, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain operational reference materials and support governance activities.
• Maintain clear process and system documentation
• Manage user lists, and support compliance and internal control alignment
• Provide user training and guidance
